What this page covers
This describes how littleexplorersfl.com handles information you give us through this website. It does not cover the records the center keeps about enrolled children, which are governed separately.
What the tour form collects
When you request a tour we ask for your name, a mobile number, an email address, your child's age group and the program you are interested in. On the next step we ask for your preferred day and time to visit, and — optionally — how many children you have, an approximate month you would like to start, and anything else you want us to know.
We ask for an age group rather than your child's date of birth, and we do not ask for your child's full name, your home address, or medical records. The form is meant to be completed by a parent, guardian, or other adult arranging the visit, not by a child.
The “Anything we should know?” field is free text, so it is possible to type something sensitive into it — for example, a detail about your child's health or an accessibility need. We do not ask for this information, and you do not need to include anything you would rather not share; only send what is genuinely useful for your visit.
Why we ask for it
Your contact details let us confirm the visit and reach you if something changes. The age group and program help us understand which program may be a fit for your family and what you would like to talk through when you visit — they do not assign you to a specific room or teacher in advance. We do not sell what you submit, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
Right now, a tour request is handled directly by this website's own systems. The school also plans to use additional tools to store requests and alert our team when one arrives; when those are connected, they will act only as service providers helping us run this process, not as advertisers, and this policy will be reviewed again to reflect exactly how they work.
Analytics and cookies
This website can optionally measure how it is used — which pages are viewed, which buttons are pressed, and where people stop partway through the tour form — using cookies from Google. That measurement only runs if you allow it: when you first visit, a banner asks you to accept or decline it, and your choice is saved in your browser so we don't ask again until it changes or you choose to update it. Declining does not limit anything you can do on this site, including requesting a tour.
As of this policy's date, no analytics or advertising measurement is actually configured to receive data yet, whichever you choose — this section describes the mechanism this site has built, not a live measurement already running. It is technically restricted from ever carrying your name, phone number, email address, or anything you type into the notes field — those fields do not exist in the data our analytics tool is able to send.
You can review or change your choice at any time using the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer.
Google Maps
The Contact page includes an embedded Google Map so you can see where we are. Loading or interacting with that map involves your browser making requests directly to Google, and Google handles that traffic under its own privacy practices, separate from this website. We do not send Google anything you type into the tour form.
Keeping and removing your information
Tour requests are held so our team can follow up with you. Family information is kept on file for five years.
Requesting a tour is separate from enrolling. Families who go on to enroll complete and sign an enrollment packet, and the records that come from it are governed separately from this website.
To ask for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it, email managementexplorers@gmail.com and we will take care of it — though in some cases we may need to keep certain records for a legal or operational reason, and if that applies we will tell you why.
