More than a program list. A place you should see for yourself.

Nurturing Curiosity, Inspiring Growthis our tagline — but a tagline can't show you what a day here is actually like. The age range and the schedule are only part of the decision. The rest is worth seeing, and asking about, in person. Here is what to look for.

What is different

What to look for when choosing child care

Every center says it is warm and safe. One of the things below you can confirm right now; the rest is worth asking about on a visit.

Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–6:00 PM

  • What does bilingual mean here, day to day?

Little Explorers is a bilingual school — English and Spanish both have a place in the day. Ask how that actually works in your child's room: which staff speak which language, and when.

  • Who will actually spend the day with my child?

Ask who typically works with children in this program and how staffing and room assignments are handled. Those details are worth understanding before you decide.

  • How will I hear about my child's day?

Ask what you can expect to hear, how, and how often. Communication looks different from school to school — get specifics before you decide.

How children learn

Learning that looks like playing

Young children learn through doing — creating, moving, talking, exploring and making sense of the world around them.

  • Art

Painting, drawing and making, every day. Fine motor control, and the discovery that you can have an idea and then hold it in your hands.

  • Movement

Running, jumping and dancing, twice a day. Room to move, coordination to practice and energy to use.

  • Language

Bilingual stories, songs and conversation, once a day. Children practice expressing themselves and meet a second language naturally.

  • Math

Counting, sorting and pattern games, once a day, make numbers part of everyday play.

  • Outdoors

Nature, weather and sensory play in our outdoor space, twice a day — where curiosity has more room than it does indoors.

For the grown-ups

Ask us anything

The safety questions worth asking

Safety claims are easy to write and harder to verify. These are the kinds of questions worth asking when you visit.

  • Who is allowed to pick up my child, and how is that checked?
  • What happens if my child gets sick or hurt during the day?
  • How is adult coverage handled in my child's room throughout the day?
  • What emergency procedures are in place, and how are they reviewed?
  • How can I verify the school's licensing information?

Bring your questions with you. A tour is the right time to talk through what matters most to your family.
